Informative statement according to the decree from 30.06.2003 “Data protection code”.
According to article 13 of decree nr 196 from 30 June 2003 we herewith inform you that our company Alpenbau GmbH processes the personal data of clients, suppliers, as well as other parties wilfully made available to our sales office or management (by telephone, fax or e-mail), as well as from parties whose data has been received by the compilation of external data for business information, public registers etc for example, whereby in the latter case, it is explicitly in relation to personal data of a usual nature.
Our company guarantees, to process the personal data according to the provisions of the law, with an emphasis being placed on the confidentiality, the personal identity and the right to protection of the personal data.
Aim and purpose of the data processing
The data is processed solely for the following purposes: the correct carrying out of the operation, the abidance to the provisions of regulations and laws, the performance of the administrative and work regulations and the optimal realisation of business relationships.
Modalities of data processing
The administration of data is carried out with and without the additional help of electronic systems and is performed by the holder of rights and/or with/by the person whose duty it is to administer the data.
The transmission and circulation of data
The personal data, can be, where required, passed on in order for the completion of the above mentioned aims to credit institutions, debt collection agencies, insurance collection agencies, agencies for business information, lawyers, prevention and taxation offices, companies involved in the transport sector. The personal information will not be circulated beyond those cases stipulated or allowed according to law.
Type of disclosure
The disclosure of data is necessary for the execution of contract obligations, accounting and law provisions. Any potential non or misinformation of the mandatory information could lead to a hindrance in the normal execution of the contract relationship and the possible non-compliance with provision of law and administrative and work regulations.
Rights of the parties involved
According to articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of legislative protocol nr. 198 from 30.06.2003, the affected party has certain rights and these can be exercised by making a request to the holder of rights of the processed data or their clerk.

The holder of rights of the processed data is the company Alpenbau GmbH.
